Cindy Moore
CEO, Advanced QuickBooks™ Certified ProAdvisor (and Geologist)

Cindy Moore was among the first group of ProAdvisors to receive Advanced Desktop Certification in 2007.  She has been using Quickbooks™ since 1999 and has been certified in the desktop product since 2001 and the online product since 2013.  Cindy has additional certifications in Quickbooks™ Enterprise and Point of Sale.  In addition to her accounting background, Cindy also has a degree in Geology (which she has never used, much to her chagrin).

Cindy is proud to have been selected as a Top 100 ProAdvisor for the years 2015-2017, 2019-2021 2022-2023 by Insightful Accountant (formerly Intuitive Accountant).

Working With Your Tax Preparer

Our staff has over 20 years of preparing business and personal tax returns for clients.  Our goal is to work with client data to make the end of year tax planning and projection process easy for both the business owner and the tax preparer.

While we do not provide tax return preparation services for clients, we do know how to get the job done so that client data is ready for tax return preparation

Reasonable Fees

We strive to keep our fees reasonable and affordable for the level of service provided to our clients.

We are cost conscious and look for software discounts whenever they are available to our clients.  In most cases, our fees are fixed at a monthly rate which is determined by the level of service requested by our clients.
